• Business travel and shuttle services

3. Booking and Reservations
Customers must provide accurate information when making bookings. GoRidez reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to operational or safety reasons.
4. Payment Terms
Payments may be processed through:
• Corporate agreements
• Monthly invoicing
• Per-trip charges
Invoices must be settled according to the agreed payment terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave responsibly while using the service. The following activities are not permitted:
• Damaging company vehicles
• Harassing drivers or other passengers
• Carrying illegal substances or dangerous materials
GoRidez reserves the right to refuse service in such cases.
7. Delays and Service Changes
GoRidez is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Liability
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. GoRidez is not liable for items lost or left in vehicles.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, logos, and images belongs to GoRidez Kuwait and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
